A fresh cup of Macchu Picchu Coffee from Cafe Direct is un-beatable at this time of day.
Exotic dried fruits (like sun-dried pineapple) from Tropical Wholefoods are amazing slow-release energy givers. Are you tempted by a ginger biscuit or chocolate bar? Have a snack of dried fruit and avoid the sugar rush / crash.
