Za'atar - dip
DownloadZa'atar is a mixture of wild thyme, toasted sesame, and sumac. It is very fresh, and aromatic, and is quite addictive.
It is found extensively in the eastern Mediterranean countries. This is a Lebanese recipe, but could just as easily be from any of the countries in the area.
