Orange Syrup

Country of origin: Sweden A juicy syrup for sweet courses including Rice a la Malta.

Ingredients

400 ml FAIRTRADE Orange Juice
50 ml water
25 ml cornstarch
30 ml FAIRTRADE runny honey
FAIRTRADE Sources
Fruit Juice
Honey

Method

Put the cornstarch in a mixing bowl and gradually stir in the water.
Then add the Orange Juice and the honey.
Transfer to a pan and gently heat through until the syrup thickens.

To serve

Allow to cool before using.

Variation

Use Tropical Juice in place of the Orange Juice.
