Slice (thin slices are best) the lemons and orange. Cooking
Boil the water, sugar, cloves and ground cinnamon nutmeg and chili
to dissolve the sugar and add slices from one of the lemons.
Allow to stand for 15 minutes to infuse. To serve
Serve in wine glasses or small cups. Variations
No variations needed as the process produces an excellent mulled wine. |
