Beef steak |

large tomatoes diced (200ml can of tomatoes work just as well) |

tomato puree |

of Worcestershire sauce |

cloves of garlic finely chopped |

FAIRTRADE brown sugar |

Method
In a heavy pan, heat the oil and then saute the onions and garlic until soft.
Add remaining ingredients except the meat, mix well and simmer for a few minutes.
Fry the steaks separately.
When done frying spoon the sauce over the steaks.
To serve
Serve with rice, or
Peas Pilau.
Serve with FAIRTRADE red wine from South Africa as well.
