| 15 ml |
plain flour |
| 60 ml |
margarine |

large carton natural yoghurt |

hens eggs |

Method
The Roast
Cut the meat into serving portions as per the number for dinner.
Place in an oven dish with the margarine and season well.
Bake in the pre-heated oven at Gas Mark 5 for 1 hour, basting the meat from time to time.
Add the rice to the meat juices.
The Sauce
Saute the flour in the margarine until well mixed.
Mix the yoghurt, eggs, salt and pepper until well blended.
Then stir into the flour saute and mix well.
Pour over the lamb.
Bake in the oven at Gas Mark 5 for 1 hour.
To serve
Serve hot with jacket potatoes,
spicy carrots and
peas.
