Honey Sauce

A sweet sauce to go with Bollito Misto, the Italian stew.

Ingredients

60 ml	FAIRTRADE Honey
60 ml	beef broth
5 ml	powdered mustard
12	FAIRTRADE Brazil Nuts
FAIRTRADE	Sources Brazil Nuts Honey

Method

Preparation
Mix together the honey, the broth and the mustard.
Grate the nuts fine and add to the mixture. Stir well.

To serve

Serve chilled.
