This makes the chicken tender and moist and adds real flavour.
This is the centrepiece of a Main Course. Servings depend on how you deal out the chicken breasts.

Serve hot with pita bread and fresh yogurt. Variation
1) The chicken can be oven cooked if grilling is a problem. 25 minutes at Gas Mark 4 is OK.
Check the meat is cooked through. |
