Unwanted crusts

Method

Put the crusts on a baking tray and place in the oven at gas mark 3. The crusts are cooked when they are consistently golden brown across the bread side.
Place the crusts in a freezer bag on a worksurface or cutting board and roll them into crumbs with a rolling pin.
The bag stops the crumbs going everywhere.
Collect in a jar for future use.
