MethodPreparationSoak the beans overnight. Cooking Cook the beans in the ususal way. Cook tomato sauce in the usual way. Cook rice in the usual way. Assembly Drain the cooked beans and mix them into the tomato sauce, and then pour into a serving dish. To serveServe over white rice.VariationThis works with pretty much any beans.Add some chopped capsicum to the sauce to add more interest. |
