Banana Fool

Cool banana fruity snack or dessert.

Ingredients

4	large ripe spotty FAIRTRADE bananas
30 ml	FAIRTRADE raw cane sugar
2	FAIRTRADE lemons
150 ml	plain yoghurt
FAIRTRADE	Sources Fresh food Lemons Bananas Sugar

Method

Preparation
Peel the bananas and chop them into a food mixer.
Juice the lemons and put the juice into the mixer (discard skins and pith).
Add the sugar and the yoghurt.
Cooking
Blend to a smooth consistency.

To serve

Pour out into individual bowls and chill well.
Serve with FAIRTRADE Cookies.

Variation

Use a flavoured yoghurt for a change.
Add a little ripe FAIRTRADE mango flesh.
