Origins of the Fair Trade Cook Book Website
This site was built when the family left home
because they wanted copies of their favourite recipes,
and because they also wanted some basic reminders on how to make good meals.
The idea carried on from there because we have often
sampled food from many different sources,
flipping between continents from meal to meal.
So anyone that is interested in food will find something of interest in here.
