This little website has 300 or so recipes for meals using FAIRTRADE and Fair Trade products.
The recipes are listed in order, by type (starter etc.,), by country, and by main ingredient, and there is also information on how to find the products in shops etc.

Life was suspended in 2007, and with it maintenance of the cookbook. William Wilberforce has a lot to answer for! However, with a new cooker, and retirement looming for the third time, watch out for some brand new Fair Trade recipes. And do, please give us your feedback.
